We are pleased to announce the promotion of Rachel Smith to VP of Production and Fulfilment!
Rachel has been a dedicated employee of New York Sash since 2012 in the installation and production departments and most recently as Operations Manager. In her new role she will have a primary goal to ensure accurate and effective communication between the customer and company while leading the production team with a focus on order accuracy and working with the installation department to ensure all products are installed to New York Sash standards.
