New York Sash announces the return of Jill Hayes, now serving as CEO of the home improvement company, along with other management team updates.
Jill is no stranger to our company, originally starting at New York Sash in 1995. For over two decades she worked tirelessly to build the company alongside her husband and owner Scot, working as Marketing Director then Vice President. When the couple launched the local home improvement television show CNY’s Open House, Jill also served as company Spokesperson. Then came the arrival of their children in the mid-2000s and Jill made the important decision to take a step back from the company to raise her family.
Now, after witnessing a period of growth in New York Sash and with children nearly grown, Jill has come back to lead the company as CEO.
“It’s such a great feeling to be back in the office,” Jill said. “New York Sash has come so far since I left and I’m so excited to see how much more we can do. With the help of my amazing team, I’m committed to giving homeowners the very best experience with their home remodeling projects, to making New York Sash the best place to work, and giving back to this wonderful community that we’re lucky to be a part of,” she continued.
Scot will continue as owner of New York Sash and with marketing efforts, on CNY’s Open House and through continued involvement in many organizations, events, and activities in our local area.
In addition to the CEO, New York Sash has made multiple updates to its executive and management team. Rachel Smith has been promoted to Vice President of Production and Fulfilment. In this role, Rachel will have a primary goal to oversee and coordinate the order process and ensure effective communication between the customer and company, while leading the production team.
Ryan Smith has taken on a leadership role as Installation Manager where he will lead the department with a priority on customer satisfaction and the success and safety of the installation team.
New York Sash has also welcomed back longtime employee Jeff Reilly as Measure and Product Manager. Jeff will provide New York Sash customers with a comfortable and smooth transition between the sale, the production, and the installation of purchased products.
