As this week’s featured project we are taking a look at a siding project we completed for a returning customer in Utica. We replaced this customer’s windows before and when she was ready to replace her siding and give her home an upgrade, we were happy to help! We installed monogram d4 siding in the color savannah wicker complete with new soffit & fascia.
Our customer had old vinyl siding that she wanted to replace. The vinyl siding today has been manufactured to withstand the elements and last a lifetime.
She enjoyed the easy maintenance that vinyl siding provides, so she decided to stick with vinyl and swap out her old siding with brand new vinyl siding from New York Sash.

Before we could begin we had to remove all of the old vinyl siding and prep the area. Once the home was prepped we were able to begin installing the new siding.
