This week we are taking a look at a double hung picture window that we installed for a new customer in New Hartford, NY. Our customer decided to replace her worn and old living room window with a brand new window and window style. We installed a picture window with two double hung windows on both sides finished in white.
Adding a picture window to a room is a wonderful way to highlight an attractive outdoor view.
Our customer’s previous window was an older style window with nine square windows. This window was not providing her with the overall look or functionality that she was looking for, so she decided to change it!
The new window will allow for full un-obstructed views of the outdoors and will let in more natural light.

The new picture window is joined by two double hung windows on both sides through a process called window mulling.
