As this week’s featured project we are taking a trip to Westernville, NY to take a look at a shower conversion we completed for our returning customer. We replaced windows for them before and they decided now was the time to give their bathroom an upgrade and convert to a walk in shower. We installed a white shower base with an acrylic wall surround in the pattern calcutta, complete with a white ceiling panel. To complete the project, we installed a corner caddy, brushed nickel fixtures, a grab bar and a curved curtain rod.
Our customer’s old tub had a high wall, that was making it more difficult for them to step over every time they needed to use the shower.
They discussed their concerns with their design consultant and they decided that a shower conversion would be the best solution.
They will no longer have to worry about stepping over a tub wall when using the shower, now they can simply walk in and out with ease!
