Featured: Casement To Slider Window Conversion

This week we are taking a look at a window replacement project we completed for a new customer in West Edmeston, NY. Our customer was in need of new windows and they knew exactly who to call to help them with the project! We installed both two and three lite slider windows and a double hung window all finished in white.

Our customer had a casement style window that was older and was starting to show signs of wear. As windows age they begin to show signs of wear, which indicates that it is time to replace them, which is what our customer did!

They decided to replace the casement window and convert to an easy to use slider window.

Casement window before

Slider windows open horizontally, with the sash sliding to the left or right. Think of it like a single hung or a double hung window, on its side. Side sliding windows increase panoramic views of the outdoors and are a perfect fit for situations with limited vertical area.
