Get ready to lace up your sneakers for a good cause! The 51st annual America’s Greatest Heart Run & Walk is coming up this weekend, March 7th-8th at Utica University. On Friday, March 7th, is the Healthy For Good Expo where vendors and health experts will be on hand to talk about all things heart health and prevention.

Popular stops include the blood pressure check and health screenings station provided by MVHS. Going on throughout the day are the radiothon and treadmill challenge to help raise funds to support and enhance heart research efforts.

Then, on Saturday March 8th is the big Heart Run & Walk at Utica University. Join a team and help spread awareness about women’s heart health. If you can’t make it to the event, but would still like to help, donations can be made online.
