Put on your western best and get ready to kick the dust up at this year’s Utica Stampede & Rodeo. August 2nd-3rd at the Adirondack Bank Center in Utica enjoy two nights filled with various events, including bull riding, barrel racing, team roping and much more! The best bull riders from the Northeast will be competing for prizes and bragging rights.

Before the rodeo, stop by Subaru Village for live music and entertainment! This is sure to be a fun event for all!

CanalFest is back! This family-friendly event takes place August 3rd at Bellamy Harbor Park in Rome. Attendees can enjoy rides, live entertainment, food, vendors and more!

Back this year is the annual fishing derby, dunk tank and recently added kid’s fun run! There is something for everyone at CanalFest.

Attendance is free however, voluntary donations will be accepted. 100% of the proceeds from this event go back to the community.

Get your golf clubs ready because the Greater Utica Chamber’s annual Choo Choo Open is fast approaching!

Presented by Passalacqua & Associates, this popular event takes place on Friday, August 16th at the Thendara Golf Course in Old Forge.

Participants will enjoy a beautiful scenic train ride through the Adirondacks to the Thendara Golf Course where they will enjoy a day of golf, food, refreshments, awards and prizes.
