Features Project: House Windows & Barn Siding

This week’s featured project includes windows & siding we installed for a customer in Barneveld, NY.

We first visited with the customer for two windows needing an upgrade in their home, a 3 lite slider in the living room and a double hung in their bedroom. They asked us back two weeks later to discuss siding on their barn!

THE RIGHT WINDOWS FOR THE ROOM

A slider window is the perfect choice for the living room. A large unit with a picture window in the center, both sides glide easily. The tandem-roller system provides long-lasting ease of operation, and operating panels can easily be removed to make cleaning simple.

New York Sash double hung windows are the most popular choice among homeowners due to their traditional look and easy access.

BARN SIDING TO MATCH THE HOME

On the customer’s barn we installed Wolverine American Legend dutchlap siding in Light Maple and a double 4.5″ profile. This siding line from New York Sash is designed to stay beautiful with very little effort. It features fade-resistant colors, is very durable & offers exceptional value. The barn windows and doors were trimmed in white PVC for a clean look to match the home.
