How to Nominate a Veteran

Fill out the nomination form on this page with the veteran's name, contact information, city, and branch of service. Our team reviews all nominations and selects recipients based on need and eligibility. You will be contacted if your nomination is selected.

What Veterans Receive

Selected veterans receive a complete bathroom upgrade — tub-to-shower conversion, walk-in tub, or shower replacement — installed by New York Sash's factory-trained team with a lifetime warranty. Products are chosen based on the veteran's needs and accessibility requirements.
