From the moment we stepped into the showroom to the moment the work was completed, New York Sash was a pleasure to do business with. We needed a solution for our old tub, a replacement window for the bathroom, as well as a bathroom fan installed. The employees at New York Sash took us through our options, and had someone at our house the next day to evaluate the situation. We were given a quote, put money down that evening, and just got the work finished today. The two gentlemen who came to redo the bathroom were excellent. They showed up right on time, worked in the snow, and got everything installed. There was an issue with a breaker, which they handled wonderfully–I wasn’t worried at all. They were skillful, polite, and diligent. We have a few more home improvement projects in the next five years or so, and will definitely be going to New York Sash. My bathroom is now beautiful!

Just had my 1st floor windows replaced (10 windows). Wow what a difference. Not only does it look amazing but no more drafts from old single payned 100 plus year old windows. The crew was so professional and polite along with being very knowledgeable about the installation and operation of the windows.

The four man crew was professional and worked very hard for two days despite the extremely cold temperatures and the snow. Jill and Scott if you are reading this you should give them a raise asap. It’s hard to find good workers like them.
